Your house is covered by a 5-year warranty. Please be aware that your house is made from high quality spruce and is in its natural machined timber state. This timber must be painted by a primer plus two top coats of quality paint immediately after building for the warranty to be valid.

Not covered by warranty

• Peculiarities of timber as a natural material.

• Colour tone variations caused by wood structure differences that do not influence the wood lifetime.

• Timber details containing small cracks or gaps that do not pass through and do not influence the structure of the house.

• Slightly twisted wood details that can nevertheless be installed.

• Roof boards and floorboards that on their concealed surfaces have some non-planed areas or colour differences.

• Normal wear and tear.

• Failure to protect the timber by painting as per the instructions mentioned above.

• Issues arising from an incompetent installation of the house, or the house subsiding due to incompetently installed or insufficient foundations.

• Issues caused by introducing own modifications to the house.

 

Complaints covered by the warranty are satisfied to the extent of replacing the missing or faulty components, or as required by law. Any other demands are excluded.
